Position: Door Person
About: Coterie, a luxury senior living community formed through a partnership between Atria Senior Living and Related Companies, is seeking a Door Person to ensure residents and guests receive top-notch service and assistance. Coterie focuses on redefining senior living by offering outstanding amenities and personalized care to support individuals in reaching new heights of wellness and community engagement.
Requirements: High school diploma or general education degree (GED); one to three years of related experience; full vaccination and ability to provide vaccination record card; Basic First Aid and CPR certification; completion of all specified training programs; strong communication skills; basic knowledge of computers and technology; previous security or de-escalation training preferred; current FDNY Fire Safety Director Certification preferred; effective problem-solving abilities; flexibility to work various schedules and shifts; proficiency in operating telephone, emergency call system, monitoring board, photocopier
