About: Duck Donuts is a unique and vibrant donut shop known for its exceptional customer service and delicious customizable donuts. We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and artistic individual to join our team as a Donut Topper. Donut Toppers play a crucial role in greeting customers, applying glazes and toppings to the donuts, and ensuring a positive customer experience by fulfilling orders accurately and with a smile.
Requirements: At least 1 year of previous experience in a retail/restaurant environment preferred; ability to apply icings and toppings accurately; maintain cleanliness and organization of counters; follow all company policies and procedures; strong interpersonal skills to provide exceptional customer service; ability to work collaboratively with team members
