About: A pizza restaurant is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join their team. The role involves preparing pizzas for delivery, taking orders over the phone and in person, and maintaining the facility. The job duties include operating equipment, stocking ingredients, preparing products, processing orders, taking inventory, and cleaning equipment and the facility on a daily basis. Training and orientation will be provided on the job, and good communication skills both verbally and in writing are essential. The position also requires good numerical skills and the ability to handle various physical demands.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions; strong verbal communication skills; basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division; ability to handle physical demands such as standing, walking, lifting, carrying, pushing, climbing, and bending; good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
