Position: Dock Hand
About: Individual is responsible for maintaining the facilities and grounds of a boat dock, including loading and unloading boats and other marine vehicles, assisting passengers/customers on and off the dock, and performing other operational duties related to the dock’s functions.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in marine operations or customer service preferred; physical fitness and ability to lift heavy objects; strong communication and customer service skills; proficiency in operating small boats; ability to maintain cleanliness and order at the dock; valid driver’s license; familiarity with radio and cell phone communication
