Position: Dock & Door PM Tech
About: Perform scheduled routine maintenance to our customers loading dock equipment and related accessories on a contractual basis to ensure longer life, improved safety, and complete value of their loading dock equipment.
Requirements: Perform PM Service on Dock & Door Equipment; Welding (certified preferably); Commercial Door experience; Dock equipment experience; Some electrical knowledge; Able to operate scissor lift or forklifts (we will train and certify); Be knowledgeable of all OSHA/ANSI regulations as they pertain to loading dock equipment; Be able to fill out and complete work orders. Paperwork and documentation must be neat, clean, legible, and organized; Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. (and occasionally in excess of 50 lbs.); Must have an excellent driving record; Upkeep and safe operation of service vehicle; Effectively communicate with customers, co-workers, and management
