Position: District Sales Manager – Seattle North, WA
About: Lead a group of TMs to achieve Division sales objectives, develop long and short-range sales plans, and coach and develop TMs in creating effective action planning to achieve Company goals. Direct TMs toward high-quality leads, assist in opening new accounts, and reduce churn. Administer annual street sales operating plan and budget, leverage Sales Coordinator role to reduce administrative tasks, and assist in coordinating product demonstrations. Maintain industry knowledge and contacts, oversee sales organization policies, and ensure appropriate staffing. Travel may be required for trainings and meetings. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing or related field required. Minimum of five years of foodservice sales experience and two years of supervisory experience required. Must have problem-solving, negotiation, communication, and computer skills. Valid driver’s license required. DUI convictions within the last three years will disqualify candidates. Compensation based on experience and skills with an expected base rate between $75,000 and $120,000 plus incentive pay.
