Position: District Sales Manager – Fargo, ND
About: The company is seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Manager to lead a team of Territory Managers in achieving division sales, penetration, and churn reduction objectives. The role involves developing and maintaining sales plans, coaching team members, and driving the team to achieve annual operating plan (AOP) and company goals. The Sales Manager will also collaborate with various internal roles to optimize account penetration, reduce churn, and grow new business accounts, ensuring seamless communication and coordination within the sales department.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, or related field required; minimum 5 years of foodservice sales experience and 2 years of supervisory experience; strong problem-solving and negotiation skills; excellent communication, customer service, and presentation abilities; proficiency in Microsoft Office products; valid driver’s license
