Position: District Manager
About: This position is responsible for directing up to 8 Store Managers in the daily operations of their restaurants in accordance with prescribed policies and practices, focusing on financials, guest relations, food costs, labor costs, safety, sanitation, and product preparation.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; good verbal and written communication skills; 5-6 years’ experience in restaurant management preferred; multi-unit restaurant background strongly preferred; must have reliable personal transportation, a valid driver’s license, and proof of insurance; must have a telephone or other reliable method of communicating with all employees
