Requirements: Must have at least 3-5 years operational experience; Must have multi-unit management experience in a fast/casual restaurant company with a successful track record; In-depth knowledge of cost control & inventory management; Skilled in handling customer feedback and implementing service improvements; Skilled at implementing employee retention initiatives; Proven track record of success in executing strategies that drive profitability and customer satisfaction; Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills; Excellent culinary knowledge and experience in menu development and pricing; Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, point-of-sale systems, and food safety regulations; Knowledge of restaurant operations and best practices
