Requirements: Satisfactory results on a background check; Attainment of Property, Casualty, Life, and Health licenses; Attainment of Series 6, 63 (where applicable), and 26 licenses; Access to startup capital – Farmers does not charge startup fees; A 4-year college degree or equivalent experience; Successful completion of the University of Farmers district manager training program; Secure an acceptable office location
