Position: District Loss Prevention Supervisor – Dist. 2 (IN, KY, TN)

Requirements: At least 2 years of loss prevention retail experience or equivalent combination of experience and education; proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or related software; strong understanding of retail business practices; proven experience in effectively supervising and leading a diverse team; proficiency in adapting communication style and tone to effectively interact with individuals from diverse backgrounds; ability to effectively resolve conflicts and address challenges; experience in working with complex data or documents; ability to prioritize tasks and allocate resources efficiently; ability to remain composed and focused during high-pressure situations; physical ability to maintain a seated or standing position for extended durations, lift 15 pounds periodically, navigate and access all facilities, communicate verbally effectively, and have close vision for computer-related activities.
