Requirements: Bachelor’s degree preferred; 2+ years in a managerial position; strong recruiting and training skills; experience with large-scale budgeting and planning; excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to handle multiple priorities; knowledge of current best practices in event marketing; ability to work flexible hours and weekends; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; valid driver’s license and reliable transportation; legally authorized to work in the country without sponsorship
