Position: Distribution Center Customer Service Associate
About: The job holder will be responsible for various back-office tasks at a company focused on retail and automotive parts. They will ensure smooth operations in accounting, order processing, and customer service support.
Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent work experience required; 2+ years of general office/clerical experience; 1 year of bookkeeping experience; JD Edwards/PeopleSoft (AP/GL/Sales Order Entry/Customer Service Modules) experience is a plus; ability to work in a team environment; detail-minded; problem-solving skills; decision-making abilities; excellent phone and communication skills; complaint handling skills; self-motivated; clear handwriting skills; proficient in Internet Explorer/web navigation, PC/Windows, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word; familiarity with document management systems; professional business etiquette; must be able to sit for extended periods and perform various physical tasks occasionally
