Requirements: BA Degree preferred; 8 years of experience in an Event Manager or Event Director role, managing events with food & beverage, lighting design, audio, event design, and logistics; 4-6 years of team management experience; exceptional organizational and project management skills; strong leadership abilities; proven budget management and contract negotiation skills; excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work under pressure and solve problems in real-time; proficiency in event management software; self-motivated and proactive individual
