Position: Director, Restaurants – InterContinental San Francisco
About: IHG, the world’s first and most global luxury hotel brand, InterContinental Hotels & Resorts, is seeking a Director of Restaurants and Bars in San Francisco. This role involves directing the daily operations of restaurants, bars, room service, private bar, and the InterContinental Club Lounge, as well as providing support to the Banquets Director and Culinary managers. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management, culinary arts, or related field; sommelier and/or other beverage certifications highly desired; minimum of five years of experience in a senior food & beverage management role; large property experience (500+ rooms) in a luxury setting necessary; knowledge of the San Francisco City Collective Bargaining Agreement preferred; physical stamina and fitness; literacy skills in English for paperwork and reports; strong financial acumen for math and financial reviews; flexibility for varying shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
Benefits: competitive salary range from $95,000 to $115,000, bonus pay eligibility, comprehensive benefits package including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, and 401(k)
