Requirements: Valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice or proof of license eligibility; Master’s degree in Physical Therapy or related field, or Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy plus 5 years of progressively responsible PT experience; 3 years direct patient care and 1 year management experience; thorough knowledge of Medicare and third-party billing
