Position: Director-Rehab PT

They provide personalized care in skilled nursing centers, assisted and independent living facilities, outpatient clinics, and home-based care, emphasizing restoring hope and making a lasting impact.
Requirements: They must have a valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or proof of license eligibility; Master’s degree in Physical Therapy; or Master’s degree in a Physical Therapy related field in addition to a Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy; or Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy plus 5 years of progressively responsible PT experience. Three years direct patient care experience and one year of management experience required; thorough knowledge of Medicare and third party billing.
