Requirements: Valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice or proof of license eligibility; Master’s degree in Physical Therapy or related field, or Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy with 5 years of progressively responsible PT experience; Three years direct patient care experience and one year of management experience; Thorough knowledge of Medicare and third party billing
