Requirements: Valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice or proof of eligibility; Master’s degree in Physical Therapy or related field; Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy plus 5 years of progressive PT experience; 3 years of direct patient care and 1 year of management experience; Thorough knowledge of Medicare and third-party billing
