Position: Director of Wine

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Wine Studies, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field preferred; Certified Sommelier, WSET Level 3, CSW, or equivalent wine certification highly desirable; Minimum of 5 years of experience in wine retail, hospitality, or a related field, with at least 2 years in a leadership role; Extensive knowledge of wine regions, varieties, production methods, and trends; Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills; Proven ability to manage inventory, analyze sales data, and develop effective sales strategies; Passion for wine and commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences; Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and retail management software.
