Position: Director of Vendor Management – Claims (Chicago, IL or Worcester, MA or REMOTE)

The Claims Strategy and Performance Effectiveness team is currently looking for a Director of Vendor Management to join their team in Chicago Itasca or Worcester, MA, with a hybrid work setup potentially allowing remote work for well-qualified candidates.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field; Proven experience as a Vendor Manager or in a similar role, with 7+ years of experience preferred; Eligibility to work in the US without sponsorship; Strong negotiation and contract management skills; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions; Collaborative work ethic with cross-functional teams; Experience with supplier risk management, compliance concepts, contract management, and supplier performance metrics
