Requirements: College education or equivalent experience in Spa management or Hospitality; At least 5 years of previous employment in a related position; Experience in a luxury Spa / Hotel property; Demonstrated superior knowledge of spa, wellness, and holistic offerings; Thorough knowledge of 5-star service standards, effective application of spa staffing models, proven ability to create and implement spa service menus, effective retail management, successful marketing strategies, and demonstrated ability to project costs, revenue, and adhere to the budget that supports monthly / annual financials.
