About: Sheraton New Orleans Hotel, located at 500 Canal Street in New Orleans, Louisiana, is seeking a Director of Housekeeping to manage housekeeping functions and staff, ensuring cleanliness and maintenance of guest rooms, public spaces, and employee areas. The role involves directing the team to execute housekeeping operations efficiently, improve guest and employee satisfaction, and maximize departmental financial performance while upholding standards and procedures.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED; 2 years experience in housekeeping or related professional area. OR 2-year degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major; no work experience required.
