Position: Director of Sales
About: Courtyard West Springfield in Massachusetts is seeking a Director of Sales to join their team. This hotel is owned and operated by Shield Hotel Management, an independent franchisee. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar sales role and a proven history of increasing business sales.
Requirements: 2-year degree from an accredited university in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major; or High School Degree and 4 years equivalent job experience in sales and/or guest services, front desk, or related professional area. Prior sales experience is required.
