Position: Director of Sales
About: A hotel in search of a Director of Sales to maximize occupancy and revenue while ensuring top-notch guest service and maintaining relationships with preferred accounts. This role involves managing the sales effort, generating awareness for the hotel, and supporting operational issues in collaboration with the General Manager.
Requirements: Bachelors Degree in Hospitality/Hotel Management preferred; minimum of 3 to 4 years of hotel sales experience; excellent written and verbal communication skills; proficiency in MS Office, Property Management Software, and Sales Management programs preferred; professional appearance and presentation; highly focused, motivated, and able to work with minimal supervision; strong organizational and management skills; ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
