Position: Director of Rooms

Requirements: At least 6 years of progressive experience in a hotel or related field; or a 4-year college degree and at least 2 years of related experience; or a 2-year college degree and 4 or more years of related experience. Previous management experience required. Proficiency in Windows, company-approved spreadsheets, and word processing. Must be able to effectively communicate verbally and in writing with all levels of employees and guests. Ability to handle long hours occasionally and lift up to 50 pounds. Strong multitasking and problem-solving skills. Must maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle confidential information appropriately.
