Position: Director of Rooms
About: The Farnam Autograph Collection, located at 1299 Farnam Street, Omaha, Nebraska, United States, is seeking a Director of Rooms to oversee the Front Office, Maintenance, and Housekeeping Departments. This individual will work with Department Heads to ensure day-to-day rooms operations align with Greenwood Hospitality and Marriott standards, focusing on guest satisfaction, loyalty, and continuous improvement processes across the hotel.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; experience with Marriott and Forbes processes and standards strongly preferred; advanced knowledge of hospitality and business management fields, especially in Housekeeping, Maintenance, and Front Desk; excellent communication and leadership skills; attention to detail; ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
