Position: Director of Room Operations
About: Sheraton Boston Hotel, located at 39 Dalton Street in Boston, Massachusetts, is looking for a strategic and experienced Operations Manager to lead the property’s Rooms Operations, including Front Office, Recreation/Health Club, and Housekeeping. The position requires working with department heads to implement strategies aligned with the brand’s service standards and financial goals, ensuring customer satisfaction, associate engagement, and overall department performance excellence. As part of the Executive Committee, the role involves developing and executing property-wide strategies to meet brand and customer expectations.
Requirements: 2-year degree in Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major; 4 years experience in guest services, front desk, housekeeping, sales and marketing, or management operations. OR 4-year bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major; 2 years experience in guest services, front desk, housekeeping, sales and marketing, or management operations.
