Position: Director of Restaurants – Woodlands Players Club

Requirements: 3+ years in a fast-paced restaurant, club management, or related field in the food and beverage industry; high-end hospitality experience with attention to detail; sommelier certification and multi-unit management experience preferred; strong computer literacy including Microsoft Office Suite and POS systems; effective leadership, communication, and training skills in a high-energy environment; bachelor’s degree preferred; various certifications such as food handlers, STAR service, TABC, CPR preferred; ability to handle confidential information.
