Position: Director of Restaurants – Hook & Ladder and 1874 Social
About: Concord Hospitality is seeking a passionate and experienced Director of Restaurants to lead the operations of Hook & Ladder and 1874 Social at Hotel West & Main, overseeing the execution of outdoor public events. This role shapes the dining and entertainment experience, ensuring excellence in service, culinary innovation, and community engagement.
Requirements: Proven experience as a General Manager or similar leadership role in the hospitality or restaurant industry; strong knowledge of restaurant operations; exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills; financial acumen to manage budgets and drive profitability; ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
