Position: Director of Restaurants

Requirements: 3+ years in a fast-paced restaurant, club management, or related field in the Food Beverage Industry; high-end hospitality experience with attention to detail and proven track record in Front of House service supervision; sommelier certification and multi-unit management experience preferred; strong computer literacy including Microsoft Office Suite and POS systems; ability to excel in a high-energy, team-based environment with effective leadership, communication, and training skills; bachelor’s degree preferred; relevant certifications such as Food Handlers Certificate, Alcohol Safety, and CPR preferred; experience with highly confidential material (Member/Employee Data)
