Position: Director of Restaurants
About: Invited, the largest owner and operator of private clubs nationwide, is seeking a passionate Director of Restaurants to join their dynamic team at Oak Pointe Country Club in the hospitality and service industry. With a central purpose of building relationships and enriching lives, Invited offers first-class amenities across their 150+ country clubs, city clubs, and athletic clubs, including championship golf courses, modern workspaces, handcrafted cuisine, and more.
Requirements: 3+ years in a fast-paced restaurant, club management, or related field in the food beverage industry; high-end hospitality experience with impeccable attention to detail; sommelier certification and multi-unit management experience preferred; strong computer literacy skills required: Microsoft Office Suite, POS (Micros); excel in a high-energy, team-based environment with effective leadership, positive communication, and training skills; bachelor’s degree preferred; food handlers certificate, alcohol safety, STAR Service Certification, STAR Trainer Certification, TABC Certification, and CPR Certification preferred; service STAR Training, alcohol management; deals with highly confidential material (i.e. Member/Employee Data)
