Position: Director of Restaurants

About: Oak Pointe Country Club, a private club with first-class amenities including championship golf courses, modern workspaces, handcrafted cuisine, resort-style pools, and fitness centers, is seeking a passionate Director of Restaurants to join their Food & Beverage team. The club is part of Invited, the largest owner and operator of private clubs nationwide, focused on building relationships and enhancing the lives of members and employees.

Requirements: 3+ years of experience in a fast-paced restaurant, Club management, or related field in the Food Beverage Industry; high-end hospitality experience with attention to detail and proven track record in Front of House service supervision; sommelier certification and multi-unit management experience preferred; strong computer literacy skills including Microsoft Office Suite and POS systems; effective leadership, communication, and training abilities in a team-based environment; Bachelor’s Degree preferred; food handlers certificate, alcohol safety, and various certifications related to service and safety preferred; ability to handle confidential information
