Position: Director of Restaurants
About: Oak Pointe Country Club, a part of Invited, the largest owner and operator of private clubs nationwide, is seeking a Director of Restaurants to join their team. Requirements: 3+ years in a fast-paced restaurant, club management, or related field in the food and beverage industry; high-end hospitality experience with attention to detail and Front of House service supervision; sommelier certification and multi-unit management experience preferred; strong computer literacy skills including Microsoft Office Suite and POS (Micros); effective leadership, positive communication, and training skills in a high-energy, team-based environment; bachelor’s degree preferred; food handlers certificate, alcohol safety, STAR Service Certification, STAR Trainer Certification, TABC Certification, and CPR Certification preferred; deals with highly confidential material (i.e. Member/Employee Data)
