Position: Director of Restaurants
About: Old Ranch Country Club is currently seeking a Director of Restaurants to join their dynamic Food & Beverage team. The club, part of Invited – the largest owner and operator of private clubs in the US, offers top-notch amenities including golf courses, modern workspaces, and more. The Director of Restaurants will play a key role in ensuring exceptional dining experiences for members and guests while maintaining revenue and profit objectives.
Requirements: 3+ years in a fast-paced restaurant, Club management, or related field in the Food Beverage Industry; High-end hospitality experience with proven track record in Front of House service supervision; Sommelier certification and multi-unit management experience preferred; Strong computer literacy skills required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred; Food Handlers Certificate, Alcohol Safety, and other certifications preferred; Experience dealing with highly confidential material
