Position: Director of Resident Services (RSD)
About: Franciscan Village in Lemont, Illinois is a vibrant senior living community offering a variety of senior lifestyle options including independent living, assisted living, memory support assisted living, sheltered care, and skilled nursing/long-term care. Additionally, the onsite rehabilitation clinic provides inpatient and outpatient physical, occupational, and speech therapies.
Requirements: Education: LPN or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing; Licenses/Certifications: LPN Nurse license, current CPR certification; Experience: 3+ years of nursing management experience; Skills & Abilities: Knowledge of nursing and medical practices and procedures, laws, regulations, and guidelines pertaining to long-term care; high degree of integrity; strong communicator and capable of leading change; ability to multi-task and prioritize projects and deadlines concurrently; proficiency in electronic health records, Point Click Care experience preferred; graduate of an accredited LPN program; LPN license in Illinois; flexible schedule, including availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
