Requirements: Degree required or equivalent experience 5-10 years in Residential Operations and/or management; Reading, writing, and oral proficiency in the English language; Strong business and paralegal acumen; Strong organizational skills; Financial acumen; Excellent communication skills; Ability to deal with staff professionally; Strong analytical and interpersonal skills; Ability to handle pressure and manage tasks with time constraints; Good computer skills; Legal and finance competency; Understanding of project management and property management systems like Opera
