Position: Director of Rental Event Services

About: The Edmonds Center for the Arts, operated by the Edmonds Public Facilities District, is seeking a Director of Rental Event Services to join their team. The Director will be responsible for managing all aspects of venue rentals and leases to ensure a seamless and professional experience for clients while maximizing revenue opportunities. This role involves overseeing rental events, supervising department staff, and coordinating with internal departments to deliver high-quality events aligning with ECA’s mission and operational standards.

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in event management, arts administration, hospitality, or related field; 3-5 years of experience in event management, venue rentals, or theatre operations; experience in budget management and revenue generation; current CPR/First Aid Certification; crowd control certification; knowledge of event management software, sales techniques, and customer acquisition methods; excellent communication and negotiation skills; ability to adapt to changing market conditions and client needs
