Position: Director of Rehabilitation / DOR
About: Saint Francis Rehabilitation and Nursing Center, located in the heart of Worcester, MA, is seeking a dynamic Director of Rehabilitation to lead their skilled in-house therapy team. The center offers diverse clinical programming, including a state-of-the-art home dialysis den and integrative Pulmonary Program, providing therapy to residents 7 days a week. The Director of Rehabilitation plays a vital role in the Interdisciplinary Team, collaborating with the Asst. DOR, Therapy Tech, and a team of Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapists.
Requirements: Graduate of an accredited Occupational or Physical Therapy Program; current and in good standing discipline-specific state license; minimum of 1 year experience in a management or director role at a Skilled Nursing Facility
