Requirements: A minimum of five years of experience in a Director of People & Culture role; Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred, preferably in Human Resources, Business Management, or Hospitality; Working knowledge of New York Labor and Employment Laws; Experience leading the HR function in a complex Union environment with excellent influencing and negotiation skills; Ability to lead negotiations with third-party operators and ensure successful collaboration; Bilingual in Spanish is advantageous; Networking skills and a desire to represent the hotel in the community; Passion for service and luxury hotel setting
