About: Marian University, a Catholic Franciscan institution, is seeking a Director of Outreach and Events for the Franciscan Leadership Institute to engage with various constituents for the recruitment of San Damiano Scholars. This position involves promoting the university’s Catholic Franciscan mission and identity through outreach activities.
Requirements: Baptized, practicing Catholic in good standing with the Church; Hold a bachelor’s degree in theology, communication, business marketing, or related field; Experience in public speaking; Experience promoting ministry opportunities; Experience supporting students from diverse backgrounds; Familiarity with Vatican II documents and Catholic intellectual tradition; Fluent in social media and digital platforms; Strong attention to detail; Excellent communication skills; Occasional evening and weekend work required; Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
