Position: DIRECTOR OF OUTLETS
About: As the Food & Beverage Manager at a hotel, you will oversee the functions of the food and beverage areas including restaurant outlets and bars within the establishment.
Requirements: 4 years or more of progressive hotel F&B management experience (hotel experience preferred); Experienced in restaurant finance, pricing and cost control; High level of knowledge in Microsoft Office, Outlook, Excel, Teams, Symphony/Micros, Oracle, Evention and Canva programs; Reliability and ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays; Strong time management and multi-tasking skills; Strong verbal and written communication skills; Ability to present a professional appearance and confidence; Ability to stand/walk/be on your feet for the majority of a shift; Able to lift moderate to heavy amounts of weight (around 35lbs or more)
