Position: Director of Operations
About: Renaissance New Orleans Pere Marquette French Quarter Area Hotel, located at 817 Common Street in New Orleans, Louisiana, is seeking a strategic business leader for the property’s Hotel Operations. This position oversees Front Office, Recreation/Health Club, Housekeeping, Food and Beverage/Culinary, and Engineering/Maintenance departments to ensure brand service standards are met, customer needs are addressed, and financial performance is optimized.
Requirements: 2-year degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major; 4 years experience in guest services, front desk, housekeeping, sales and marketing, management operations, or related professional area. OR 4-year bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major; 2 years experience in guest services, front desk, housekeeping, sales and marketing, management operations, or related professional area.
