Position: Director of Operations
About: Pacific Bells, a franchisee of Taco Bell, operating over 270 restaurants in 8 states, is seeking a Director of Operations to provide leadership and supervision for multiple Area Coaches/District Managers.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in a business-related discipline preferred; 5 years of food service operations experience at the District Manager level required; valid Driver’s License and reliable personal vehicle; strong people development, coaching, and problem-solving skills; ability to deliver presentations and seminars effectively; decision-making and conflict resolution abilities; business maturity and confidentiality understanding; commitment to own development and training.
