Position: DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS
About: Hyatt Regency Baytown is a catalyst for Baytown’s waterfront district development, located at the base of the iconic Fred Hartman Bridge along the Houston Ship Channel. The hotel offers a mix of modern and warm southern Texas hospitality with 208 guest rooms, a market, a 3-meal restaurant, and a lobby bar. It features 18,000 sq. ft. of meeting space, an outdoor pool, and a fitness center.
Requirements: 8 years or more of progressive Operations experience (preferable with Hyatt, focus on F&B); Service-oriented style with professional presentation skills; Proven leadership skills; Must possess strengths in high energy, entrepreneurial spirit, motivational leader, proven track record in high volume concepts, effective communicator, providing exceptional customer service, and improving the bottom line; Clear concise written and verbal communication skills in English; Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel; Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and administrative skills
