About: Luxury Senior Living Communities in Coral Gables, Kendall, Homestead & soon in Weston is seeking an experienced, energetic, and creative individual for the Management Hands-On position of Director of Maintenance at Palace Suites, an Independent Living Community in Miami, FL.
Requirements: Assisted Living, Hospital, or Skilled nursing facility experience – 2 or 3 years preferred; Hands-on & supervisory experience; Good planning & organizational skills; Self-starter who can work independently; Ability to multi-task & prioritize; Ability to make decisions & solve problems; Good Communication Skills; Bi-lingual English/Spanish preferred; Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; Knowledge of Local, State & Federal regulations; Knowledge of AHCA regulations preferred
