Position: Director of Leisure Sales – Waldorf Astoria, Pedregal
About: Waldorf Astoria Pedregal, a virtual/remote position based in the US, is seeking a Director of Leisure Sales to join their in-house Commercial Services team. As part of the team, you will support Hilton’s sales, revenue management, call center, and analytics functions. In this role, you will focus on driving revenue from the Leisure market segment and building client relationships to increase market share for the resort.
Requirements: Ten (10) years of hotel sales experience; Five (5) years of luxury hotel sales at a five-star property experience; Established relationships within the leisure market; Ability to travel up to 40% of the time; Analytical skills to identify business opportunities; Passion for the leisure market and a proven track record of success.
