Position: Director of Industrial Maintenance Operations

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, operations management or related field; 8 years of experience in business/operational management in a related industry or equivalent combination of education and experience; strong understanding of manufacturing work environment; demonstrated leadership ability; high emotional intelligence quotient; solid financial acumen; experience managing P&Ls and financial forecasting; experience leading change management; capability to think and articulate strategic plans; extensive travel required
