Position: Director of Human Resources
About: W Scottsdale is seeking a Director of Human Resources to join their team. The Director will report to the property General Manager and contribute expertise to talent acquisition, succession planning, and performance management for the designated property, aligning HR services with business objectives.
Requirements: 2-year degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; 4 years experience in HR or management operations; OR 4-year bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field; 2 years experience in HR or management operations. Strong knowledge of human resource strategies, talent management, and workforce planning. Ability to lead and participate in succession management and workforce planning activities. Experience in staffing and recruitment processes, compensation management, and staff development activities. Excellent communication and leadership skills.
