Position: Director of Human Resources
About: The Aloft Providence Downtown, located at 191 Dorrance Street, Providence, Rhode Island, United States, 02903, is seeking a Director of Human Resources. The Director will report directly to the property General Manager and will be an integral member of the property executive committee. The role involves high-level human resource generalist knowledge and expertise for talent acquisition, succession planning, performance management, and development for property employees, aligning with business objectives and strategies.
Requirements: 2-year degree from an accredited university in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related major; 4 years experience in human resources, management operations, or related professional area. OR 4-year bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related major; 2 years experience in human resources, management operations, or related professional area.
