Position: Director of Housekeeping
About: Responsible for the overall operations of the Housekeeping and Laundry Departments at Biltmore, ensuring quality standards are maintained and professional service exceeds guests’ expectations. This position requires strict adherence to Biltmore policies.
Requirements: Education Bachelor’s Degree is required. Formal training in hotel administration with a focus on housekeeping. Experience Minimum three years’ experience in a housekeeping management position. Skills Must be able to speak, read, write and understand English language; compute accurate mathematical calculations; provide legible communication; prioritize and organize; work with minimal supervision; maintain confidentiality; use a computer keyboard; work in a constantly changing environment; adapt to multitasking.
